The Detroit Lions signed former wide receiver Corey Fuller to the Practice squad Wednesday night, just one day after he was released from the team.

The move to cut Fuller was made to make room for the signing of QB Jake Rudock, a move likely made to block the Bears from signing the young quarterback.
Fuller began the year on the physically unable to perform list. He has not appeared in a game this year.
