The Detroit Tigers have found a solution to their outfield woes. On Monday evening, the Tigers inked free-agent outfielder Justin to a 6-year, $132.75 million dollar contract. The deal does in fact include an opt-out clause after the 2nd year. Detroit will forfeit their 3rd round draft pick in the draft. With the addition of Upton, the Tigers have just cemented themselves as contenders again in the wild American League Central.

Take a bow, Mike Illitch.
