The NFC North was filled with all types of surprises last season. The Green Bay Packers narrowly survived a second-half meltdown. The Detroit Lions cleaned house in the front office and open 2016 with a new regime. The rise of the Minnesota Vikings and young third-year quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was one of the more surprising stories of 2015. And the Chicago Bears continue to flounder while QB Jay Cutler keeps turning the ball over.
Okay, maybe not all of them were surprises. Nonetheless, the division came down to the very last week of the season and for the first time since 2010, the Packers did not win the division. But enough dwelling on the past. It’s time to take a look at how the NFC North will shake up in 2016.
