On Thursday, Mark Trumbo signed a 3-year contract with the Baltimore Orioles, which in turn allowed the 2017 Major League Draft order to be finalized.
The Detroit Tigers, who missed the playoffs in 2016 after finishing with an 86-75 record, will select 18th in the 1st round.
