The Michigan Wolverines found themselves down to the Penn State Nittany Lions by a 21-7 score at halftime of Saturday night's game at Beaver Stadium.
Already under the microscope, Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh's record against ranked opponents and the team's primary rivals has been – shall we say, underwhelming. And ESPN analyst Peter Burns reminded the country of that during the half.
Jim Harbaugh at Michigan is en route to being:
1-10 vs Top 10 teams.
1-7 on road vs a ranked team.
0-8 as an underdog.
and still 0-4 vs tOhio State— Peter Burns (@PeterBurnsESPN) October 20, 2019
Safe to say, Harbaugh and the Wolverines need to beat Penn State – badly. Otherwise, his record against ranked opponents will sink to 1-10.
