Power forward Draymond Green has carved a name for himself in the NBA with the Golden State Warriors, earning three championship rings and being a hard-nosed player that few want to match up against.
And now, he’ll be honored by his alma matter in East Lansing.

The Michigan State Spartans will be retiring Green’s number 23 on December 3 before a matchup against the Duke Blue Devils.

He played for the Spartans from 2008 to 2012, averaging 10.5 PPG and 7.6 RBG. He was selected by Golden State with the 35th overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft.
