Detroit has been waiting a long time to host a playoff game and that wait will continue after the Lions loss to the Packers on New Year’s Day. The last time the Lions hosted a playoff game is also the last time they won a playoff game, wayyyyyyyyyy back in 1992 against Dallas. A lot can change in a quarter century but our Lions are still the same loveable losers. Despite backing in as the sixth seed with three straight losses, Detroit has a real chance to end their playoff losing streak in Seattle Saturday. Seattle may be a tough place to play but this Seahawks team isn’t the same powerhouse they’ve been in recent years and with some luck and a little late game Stafford magic, here’s how the Lions can win their second playoff game in the Super Bowl era.
