When the Detroit Lions selected TE T.J. Hockenson with the No. 8 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, many, including myself, expected that he would be a perennial Pro Bowl player by his second season. Though Hockenson did make a Pro Bowl and has shown flashes of brilliance, he disappears way too often for the Lions to give him a huge contract extension. Because of that, it would not be completely out of the realm to see him traded before Tuesdayโs NFL trade deadline.
Which 3 teams could be interested in trading for Detroit Lions TE T.J. Hockenson?

T.J. Hockenson is currently under contract with the Lions through the 2023 season, which means he will never have more value than he does now.
Though it has been reported by Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press that the Lions have not received any calls on Hockenson, it would not be surprising if a few contenders gave Brad Holmes a call to see how much Hock would cost.
Three teams that could be interested in trading for Hockenson are the Buffalo Bills (currently have Dawson Knox), the Tennessee Titans (currently have Geoff Swaim), and the Los Angeles Rams (currently have Tyler Higbee).
I really donโt think Holmes will give Hockenson the mega-contract he is likely looking for, and if any of the teams listed above offer a second-round pick (or equal value), the Lions should take the deal.
Nation, if you were the Lions, would you trade T.J. Hockenson? If so, what would be your minimum asking price?
