4 More Michigan Wolverines who could opt to leave program early

A little over a month ago, the University of Michigan football team was in the midst of a Revenge Tour that would likely end with a win over the hated Ohio State Buckeyes. After all, the Wolverines had been absolutely rolling their opponents while the Buckeyes looked very beatable, even on their home turf.

But as we know, Michigan was absolutely destroyed by Ohio State on that day, ruining any chance the Wolverines had of making the College Football Playoff for the first time.

Things got even worse on Saturday when Michigan was manhandled by the Florida Gators in the Peach Bowl.

So, now it’s time to start thinking about where the Wolverines go from here. We already know that LB Devin Bush Jr. and DE Rashan Gary have already made their decisions to declare for the NFL Draft while QB Shea Patterson and OG Ben Bredeson have said they will come back for their senior season at Michigan.

But there is a chance that Michigan could lose even more players early as TE Zach Gentry, DB David Long, DB Lavert Hill, and DB Josh Metellus will all decide if they will stay or go in the not too distant future.

All four of those players have said they would make their decisions sometime after the Peach Bowl.

Nation, which of those four players do you think will stay for another season with Michigan? Which will join Bush and Gary as early departures for the NFL?

If the Detroit Lions make this BOLD combo of moves, they will win the NFC North in 2019

The 2018 version of the Detroit Lions sucked horribly. The head coach sucked. The offense sucked. The defense sucked. Heck, even the special teams sucked at times.

So, with that established, what can be done during the offseason to turn things around on time for the kickoff of the 2019 season?

Though I have a few ideas up my sleeve that would help the team to improve greatly, the biggest idea is one that will likely blow your mind. Mostly because I am not sure if it has ever been done before.

In my opinion, there is one BOLD move the Lions can make this offseason that will, in turn, put the wheels in motion for a 2019 NFC North Title run.

Now, I get it. You are probably already shaking your head and calling me a moron for thinking the Lions have any chance in 2019.

But they do.

IF and ONLY IF they make this BOLD move. (Technically it is a trio of moves but stick with me)
