This coming Sunday, the Detroit Lions will host the Kansas City Chiefs at Ford Field in what many are calling the biggest game in recent Lions' history.
In order to take down Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, the Lions will need all hands on deck but as of now, that looks unlikely to happen.

On Thursday, the Lions released their most recent Week 4 Injury Report which included five players.
As you can see below, the two players most in jeopardy of missing Sunday's game are WR Danny Amendola (chest) and DT Mike Daniels (foot) who both sat out practice for the second-straight day.
According to reports, Darius Slay (hamstring) participated in some individual drills during the part of Thursday's practice which was open to the media but he really did not do much to test his hamstring, which he injured during the Lions Week 3 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
As far as Rashaan Melvin (knee) goes, he was doing a lot more in practice today than he was doing on Tuesday, which is obviously a good sign.
The fifth Lions player listed on the Injury Report is Da'Shawn Hand, who is still nursing his injured elbow.
