5 reasons why the Lions will beat the Bears on Sunday

The Detroit Lions are sitting at 0-5 and it is not pretty. While the team has faced a difficult schedule, with all five losses coming to potential playoff teams, an 0-5 start just isn’t good enough.

The Bears’ defense will be the worst rushing defense the Lions have faced since their Week 1 matchup with the San Diego Chargers.

Chicago is allowing nearly 120 rushing yards per game this season, including 117 to the Kansas City Chiefs last week. Detroit RB Ameer Abdullah, who looks to get the majority of the carries this week, had his best game of the season in Week 1 against that Chargers defense.

Abdullah penned a blog on the Lions official website this week talking about how he expects a big turnaround game. Against this Bears’ defense, so do I.
