Let’s face it, 2017 was not a great season for the Detroit Lions. After losing a must-win game to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 16, the Lions playoff chances were officially over and most fans began looking towards the offseason.
Throughout the season, Lions guard T.J. Lang has been doing a segment on DetroitLions.com called, “Talkin’ with T.J.” where he interviews a different teammate each week.

For the final “Talkin’ with T.J.” installment of the season, Lang sat down with Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford for one of the funniest interviews we have seen in a long time.
In the interview, Lang asked Stafford about what he would do if he was not playing football, informed the Lions signal-caller that he went to school with a famous baseball player, and even asked him a couple of pretty tough trivia questions.

Matthew Stafford Mic’d Up vs. Browns: ‘One F***ing heartbeat!’
It was not easy but when all was said and done, the Detroit Lions handled their business by defeated the Cleveland Browns 38-24 at Ford Field.
After a slow start, Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford turned on the heat and at the end of the day, he had completed 17 of 26 passes for 249 yards and three touchdowns.
If you have seen any of the Stafford ‘Mic’d Up’ videos, you have probably been just as entertained as we have. Luckily for all of us, the Lions signal-caller was mic’d up again against the Browns. It is a joy to listen to Stafford run the show on the football field, there is no question about it that he is the leader of the Lions.
One thing is for sure, you cannot question Matthew Stafford’s passion for the game of football.
