If you are a die-hard University of Michigan football fan and you like a powerful offense, 2017 was a season you would rather never see again. Overall, the Wolverines ranked No. 86 in the nation in scoring with just 25.2 points per game.

Though it seems almost impossible, Michigan quarterbacks combined for just nine touchdown passes on 346 attempts this past season. To put things in perspective, Alabama’s backup quarterback (not for long) Tua Tagovailoa tossed 11 TD passes on just 77 attempts.

There has been plenty of talk about head coach Jim Harbaugh reshaping his offensive coaching staff during the offseason and assistant head coach/passing game coordinator Pep Hamilton could make things easy by leaving for the NFL.

According to Bruce Feldman of FOX Sports, Hamilton could be a target of Jon Gruden, who recently accepted the head coach job for the Oakland Raiders.

Many Wolverines fans were very excited when Harbaugh hired Hamilton away from the Cleveland Browns prior to the 2017 season. At the time, Michigan signed him to a 4-year, $4.25 million deal.

A good deal of those fans seem just fine with Pep taking a job with Raiders. In fact, by some of the tweets our there, they would be absolutely thrilled if he leaves.

Those are just a few response tweets that have funneled in so far.

It really sounds like Michigan fans are getting a bit restless when it comes to the Wolverines offense.

Nation, if you were Harbaugh, how would you handle the offensive coaching staff? Who would you keep? Who would be packing their bags?
