The point spread has also been revealed, and it’s safe to say that the expectation will be that New England will be partying once again, given that the betting favorite has won 33 of the past 51 titles.

The Eagles are the biggest underdogs since 2009 after the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas listed them as 5.5 point underdogs. The Arizona Cardinals were listed as seven point underdogs to the eventual champion Pittsburgh Steelers for Super Bowl XLIII.

Meanwhile, William Hill’s Nevada book listed the Patriots as five point favorites, while Caesars Palace and Station Casinos both listed the Patriots as six point favorites.

Coincidently, this isn’t the first time that Philadelphia and New England have faced each other, having previously battled in Super Bowl XXXIX.

After a 10-2 start, the Eagles lost quarterback Carson Wentz to a knee injury in December, only to have backup Nick Foles step up and win both playoff games against the Atlanta Falcons and Minnesota Vikings.

Meanwhile, the Patriots took down the Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars to reach their 10th title game, and eighth in the Tom Brady/Bill Belichick era. Brady played yesterday with tape on his throwing hand to protect a cut that required more than 10 stitches. They’ll look to win their sixth Super Bowl in the era.

Super Bowl LII will be played at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on February 4 at 6:30 EST on NBC.
