The (official) wait is over and though it should not come as a surprise to anyone, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh has named Shea Patterson as the starting quarterback for the Wolverines’ season opener against Notre Dame. Harbaugh made the announcement on Monday during the M Club Ann Arbor lunch.
