LeBlanc originally signed with the New England Patriots as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2016. In the last two seasons with the Chicago Bears, LeBlanc posted 52 tackles and a pair of interceptions in 28 games (10 starts)
He is the second cornerback the Lions added on Sunday as it was reported earlier in the day that they were signing Dee Virgin.
