On Monday night, Justin Verlander returned home to Comerica Park to take on his former team, the Detroit Tigers.
Prior to Verlander taking the mound, the Tigers played a tribute video on the scoreboard which had JV pushing back tears.

During his 13 years in Detroit, Verlander and Tigers fans developed a bond that is still strong. It’s a bond that remains special to him. On Sunday, Verlander posted a video message to his fans in Detroit.
