On Sunday, the Detroit Lions will square off against the hated Green Bay Packers at Ford Field. After losing to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4, the 1-3 Lions absolutely must beat the Packers if they want to have any chance of turning their season around.

All Lions fans will certainly be rooting hard for the Lions to destroy the Packers, but there is one fan (and his family) who may be cheering just a little bit harder than the rest.
Why you may ask? Because FREE FOOD is on the line!
On Tuesday, a Lions fan who uses the handle @DetroitLionsGM on Twitter reached out to Uber Eats (@UberEats) to find out how to get one of the “party platters” that Lions beat writer Kyle Meinke was referring to in one of his tweets.
New favorite thing: Ordering party platters for myself on Uber Eats and then just never leaving my apartment.

How do I get one of these Party Platters?
— Don Drysdale (@DetroitLionsGM) October 2, 2018
Well, Meinke never responded to the request, but Uber Eats responded with quite the offer! If the Lions beat the Packers in Week 5, Uber Eats has promised to send a Party Platter to @DetroitLionsGM.
Hmmm here's an idea. How about if the Lions beat the Packers this Sunday…WE'LL SEND YOU ONE!!!! 🤝

By the way, @DetroitLionsGM just so happens to be yours truly!
You can bet I will be rooting extra hard for the Lions to beat the Packers on Sunday so my kiddos and I can have a little Uber Eats party!

Dear T.J. Lang: We understand if you hang up your cleats and leave the Detroit Lions
Dear T.J. Lang,
On Sunday, against the Dallas Cowboys, on what seemed like any normal NFL play, you were part of a collision that caused you, a strong professional athlete, to drop to your knees in pain. At first, there was speculation that it could be your back flaring up again but we later learned it was a “brain-injury” and you were being placed in concussion protocol.
Unfortunately, this is not your first go-around with injuries to your brain. In fact, according to you, this is at least the fifth “brain injury” you have suffered and you have always come back as soon as you could to help your teammates on the field.
