REPORT: Green Bay Packers’ QB Aaron Rodgers injures knee

It has been almost a week since Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers lost 31-23 to the Detroit Lions.

During that game, Rodgers threw for 442 yards and three touchdowns but that was not enough to get the job done against a Lions team that took advantage of their opportunities.

Now, according to a report from Dr. David J. Chao, this is when Rodgers re-injured his left knee (MCL) during the loss.

Here is a still look.

“Just hoping I get back out there tomorrow and have a feel-good Friday and a practice Saturday and be good to go — hopefully back to where I was in Detroit,” Rodgers told the Green Bay-area media in front of his locker Thursday.

Mario Impemba and Rod Allen’s replacements will be…

As most of you probably know by now, Mario Impemba and Rod Allen have called their final gamefor FSN Detroit and the Detroit Tigers.

In early September, the two long-time booth partners were involved in an altercation that reportedly got physical in nature. Both Impemba and Allen were suspended for the remainder of the 2018 season and on Tuesday, it was revealed that they will not be returning to the booth in 2019.

So, the question becomes, who replaces Impemba and Allen on the FSN Detroit telecasts?

In my opinion, the answer to that question is a no-brainer.

Replacing Mario Impemba

First of all, let me begin by saying that Mario Impemba is a class act and it will be sad to watch Tigers’ telecasts without hearing his voice. He is a true professional and it’s sad that things eventually came to this point.
