During the 1991-92 NHL Season, the Detroit Red Wings and Boston Bruins engaged in a full-on brawl at Boston Garden that is likely never to be seen again in today’s modern NHL.
As both teams were finally making their way off the ice, Red Wings captain Steve Yzerman took a punch in the face from a fan leaning over the railing overlooking the pathway to Detroit’s dressing room.
Talk about a classless fan!
