News recently broke that Dan Orlovsky will no longer be the backup quarterback for the Detroit Lions beginning with the 2017 season. The Lions are likely going with the former University of Michigan signal-caller, Jake Rudock to backup starter Matthew Stafford.

A history with the Lions
Dan Orlovsky, who was originally drafted by Detroit back in 2005, has played for four different NFL franchises throughout his career. Orlovsky could add to that number if he signs with another team during the offseason.
