It’s been a rough ride so far this season for the Detroit Tigers and their fans. Following Tuesday’s 1-0 loss to the Kansas City Royals, the Tigers are 24-28 which places them in fourth place in the American League Central.

One young Royals fan decided to rub some salt in the Tigers wounds by holding up a sign which featured Tiger Woods recent mugshot and simply said, “It’s a bad day to be a Tiger,” followed by #RaisedRoyal.

Whether or not the kid actually thought of/created the sign himself is not known, but, unfortunately, it was spot on as the Tigers were unable to score a run in support of Justin Verlander’s great outing.

Despite the loss, the Tigers have fared better than the Royals this season as K.C. sits dead last in the entire American League with a 22-29 record.
