This is certainly a weekend that Fraser High School graduate Taylor Grzelakowski will not forget for the rest of his life. Not only did one of his dreams come true as he signed a contract with the Minnesota Twins organization but he also got engaged.

Grzelakowski, who played for the Utica Unicorns of the United Shore Professional Baseball League, showed a good deal of power in his first USPBL season as he clobbered nine home runs in just 29 games.

On Saturday night, before the Unicorns game against the Westside Woolly Mammoths, the USBPL made a special announcement that Grzelakowski has indeed signed with the Twins organization.

But that was just the start of his special night.

In addition to signing with the Twins, Grzelakowski got down on a knee and proposed to the love of his life.

Check it out.

Prior to joining the USBPL, Grzelakowski attended Madonna University where he led the Crusaders in batting average (.429), home runs (12), and RBIs (60).

Congrats to Taylor, not only on his contract with the Twins but more importantly, his engagement!
