BREAKING: Newly acquired Detroit Tigers prospect leaves game with injury

Less than 24 hours ago, the Detroit Tigers dealt Justin Wilson and Alex Avila to the Chicago Cubs for a pair of prospects, one of those being Isaac Paredes.

Unfortunately, Paredes left in the fourth inning of his first game with the West Michigan Whitecaps after being hit near the eye with a throw.

Prior to leaving with an injury, Paredes was able to pick up his first hit in the Tigers organization. Let’s enjoy our first glimpse of Paredes as he gets his first hit for the Class A Whitecaps.

Hopefully, it’s not too long before we see Paredes suit up again.
