Hello, Jeimer Candelario! The Tigers prospect started a fantastic defensive gem tonight. Starting a 5-4-3 triple play, the first since 2001 for the Tigers.
Watch and behold the beauty:

Cadelario made a tough backhanded stab, threw a perfect seed to Ian Kinsler, who flipped it to Efren Navarro to complete the rare triple play. That’s some upgraded defense there at the hot corner.
The Tigers turn their first triple play since August 1, 2001 vs. Seattle.
