The Detroit Lions have a big task ahead of them on Sunday as they face the Pittsburgh Steelers at home. Detroit, who is coming off the bye, have a lengthy list of players listed on their injury report while the Steelers only have a few on theirs.

A few key players listed on the Lions’ report are wide receivers, Kenny Golladay and Golden Tate. If these two are both unable to play on Sunday, it will significantly impact the offense and how Jim Bob Cooter calls the plays.

Another key player listed on the Lions’ injury report is starting safety, Glover Quinn. After suffering a concussion in the week six loss to the Saints, Quinn has finally cleared concussion protocol and was able to fully participate in practice. Getting him back on the field is a huge win for Detroit who will need help defending the deep ball on defense. A key player listed on Pittsburgh’s injury report is rookie wide receiver, JuJu Smith-Schuster. Although he was a full participant during practice for the Steelers, that does not mean he is at 100%. If he is not able to play to his full potential, the Steelers offense may not be as dangerous, especially because Martavis Bryant will not be playing against the Lions as he was demoted to the scout team.
