On Saturday, Michigan squared off against Wisconsin in a meaningful game for both teams. The Wolverines were looking to pick up their first big win of the season while the Badgers had the goal of remaining undefeated on the season.

In the first half, Michigan looked like the better team as they outgained Wisconsin 169-99 in total yardage. Despite that, the teams were tied 7-7 at the half.

The second half was a different story as No. 5 Wisconsin flexed their muscle a bit, and when Michigan quarterback Brandon Peters went down with injury, it was just a formality.

When all was said and done, the Badgers won the game 24-10, dropping Michigan to 8-3 on the season.

Following the game, as the field was clearing, some of the Wisconsin players had a message for the Wolverines players as they walked off the field.

They Wisconsin players, of course, were referring to Michigan’s matchup next Saturday against the hated Ohio State Buckeyes.

Michigan and their fans may hate Ohio State, but for now, they are cool with the Badgers.

WTF!! Michigan gets absolutely screwed on touchdown review vs. Wisconsin

For Michigan to beat undefeated Wisconsin on Saturday, most agreed the Wolverines had to play their best game of the season against the Badgers.

Little did they know, Michigan would also be playing against the referees.

Trailing 7-0 in the second quarter, Wolverines quarterback Brandon Peters hooked up with Donovan Peoples-Jones on what would have been a touchdown…had the referees got the call correct.

After calling the pass incomplete on the field, the referees reviewed the play to make sure they got it correct. But as you can see in the photo below, Peoples-Jones got his left foot down in bounds before the right foot landed out of bounds.
