The Detroit Pistons, after starting the season with a 14-6 record, have now dropped five-straight following a 102-98 loss to the Golden State Warriors on Friday night.

After leading 50-46 at halftime, the Pistons came out flat in the 3rd quarter, eventually being outscored 31-17 in the stanza and the Warriors never looked back.

Following the game, Pistons head coach Stan Van Gundy was clearly upset with how his team played, especially when it came to free throw shooting and the overall decision making of his squad.

When asked specifically about the poor free throw shooting (10-19, 52.6%), Van Gundy did not hold back.

Kevin Durant led the way for the Warriors with 36 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists. Avery Bradley was the Pistons best player on the evening, scoring 25 points including going 4-of-7 from beyond the arc. Andre Drummond, who leads the NBA in rebounding, grabbed 17 boards but was only able to score eight points in a team-high 34 minutes of action.

The Pistons will look to break their losing streak when they host the Boston Celtics on Sunday afternoon at Little Caesars Arena.
