On Saturday afternoon, in his first at-bat of the game, Detroit Tigers DH Miguel Cabrera entered the history books once again as he picked up his 3000th career hit.

Following the game, Tigers' manager A.J. Hinch spoke to the media about how “proud” and “happy” he is for Miggy and his great accomplishment.
Hinch added how special it was to see Miggy reach 3000 career hits in from of his home fans at Comerica Park.
