According to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, George Paton has been hired to be the next GM of the Denver Broncos.
But Schefter is also reporting an interesting twist as he is saying that Brad Holmes is now the favorite to land the GM job with the Detroit Lions.
Holmes just so happens to be in Allen Park as we speak for his second interview.
With Denver hiring George Paton as its GM, Brad Holmes becomes the favorite to become the Lions’ GM.

Ian Rapoport is also reporting that Terry Fontenot is also a strong candidate for the Lions.
The dominoes:
— #Rams exec Brad Holmes is currently doing his second interview with the #Lions. Paton had been a strong candidate in Detroit.
— Terry Fontenot of the #Saints, a finalist for the #Broncos, is still considered a strong candidate for the #Lions and #Falcons. https://t.co/WZEDLY21sf— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) January 13, 2021
Nation, do you think Holmes would be a good hire for the Lions?
