When you are a manager of a Major League Baseball team, there are some extremely tough decisions that have to be made in terms of the Opening Day roster.
On Saturday, Detroit Tigers skipper AJ Hinch made one of those difficult decisions as he optioned RHP Joe Jimenez to Triple A Toledo.
Even though Jimenez has struggled, this move comes as a bit of a surprise as many believed he would get another shot at being the Tigers closer.
