AJ Hinch provides less than optimistic update on RHP Michael Fulmer

Detroit Tigers RHP Michael Fulmer is dealing with a case of fatigue, and according to team skipper A.J. Hinch, he’s still unavailable.

Fans may have noticed that Fulmer, who has transformed into one of the team’s key bullpen pitchers, was not available during last night’s tight game against the Chicago White Sox. It was the same story this afternoon, with Gregory Soto and Jose Cisnero closing things out.

“We’re going to have to consider making a move there,” Hinch said. “It’s been a long time and the fatigue is not resolved.”

The Tigers defeated their south side rivals this afternoon by a 4-3 final, and will be looking to tie the series with their last matchup tomorrow afternoon.
