The Best of Matthew Stafford

[tps_title]The Runner Up: November 22nd, 2009 vs. Cleveland Browns[/tps_title]

It is hard to question the toughness of Stafford after watching this comeback he engineered against the Cleveland Browns in his rookie season.  Stafford threw his fifth touchdown of the game (with a separated shoulder) to tie it up with no time on the clock. Jason Hanson would kick the extra point to win the game. This video (above) shows the leadership and grit of Stafford, and his will to never back down from a challenge that is in front of him. Stafford’s five touchdowns is the most for a rookie quarterback in a game ever. This was an early sign of things to come.
