On Monday, Detroit Lions general manager Bob Quinn held his end of the season press conference in Allen Park.
During the roughly 30 minute ordeal, Quinn really did not say anything important, but at least it gave the beat writers a chance to ask some of their favorite questions.

One of those questions was about what Quinn plans to do about Pro Bowl CB Darius Slay. Does he give him an extension? Does he trade him? Does he just let Slay play out his contract, which has just one year remaining?
Quinn's response was extremely predictable.
“I'm not going to get up and talk about anyone’s contract status — never have, never will,” Quinn said. “It’s conversations we have internally with the player and their representatives. So we’ll leave it at that.”
The Lions' GM was also asked if he had any serious talks about dealing Slay at the trade deadline.
“Not very serious at all,” Quinn said.
