It has not been a great night for the Detroit Lions as WR Jermaine Kearse was carted off with what looks to be a season-ending leg injury.
Now, backup QB has also been injured and sent to the locker room with what could be a concussion.
Now Tom Savage headed to the locker room for the Lions, pulling his hat close down on his head.
