According to reports, the Detroit Red Wings have signed goaltender Filip Larsson to a three-year entry-level contract which will begin with the 2019-2020 season.

Larsson, who was originally selected by the Red Wings in the 6th round of the 2016 NHL Draft, played 22 games for the University of Denver this past season. During those games, he posted a 1.95 goals against average while putting up a 0.932 save percentage.
