According to the Detroit Tigers, they have called up RHP Zac Reininger from Triple A Toledo.

Following Tuesday’s loss to the Indians, the Tigers optioned Ryan Carpenter to Toledo.

Following tonight’s game, the @tigers optioned LHP Ryan Carpenter to Triple A Toledo. A corresponding move will be made prior to tomorrow’s game.
