That’s right, Jason Beck is reporting that the Tigers have signed Edwin Jackson to a minor-league deal and he will report to the Toledo Mud Hens.

Jackson, who is in his 17th season of Major League Baseball, went 1-5 with a 11.12 ERA with the Toronto Blue Jays before being released on July 20th.

In 2009, Jackson went 13-9 with a 3.62 ERA with the Tigers. During that season, he was selected to the American League All-Star Team.
