On Thursday night, Detroit Tigers No. 1 prospect Casey Mize was forced to leave his with the Erie SeaWolves early with shoulder soreness.
According to the Tigers, Mize underwent an MRI which was reviewed by Dr. Andrews and Dr. Lemos and both doctors agreed that the films revealed some minor posterior shoulder inflammation. Mize is being placed on the IL with shoulder inflammation.
