O’Korn did not say whether he was just getting a tryout or if he was actually signing a contract, though Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press seems to have the inside info on the situation. According to Birkett, O’Korn “is attending Lions camp on a tryout basis. He is not signed as a UDFA.”

During his final season with the Wolverines, O’Korn completed just 53.5% of his pass attempts for 973 yards and two touchdowns while throwing six interceptions.
In 2016, the Lions drafted former Michigan quarterback Jake Rudock in the 6th Round of the NFL Draft. He, along with Matt Cassell will compete to win the backup QB job for the Lions in 2018.
