According to former St. Joseph’s head coach Phil Martelli, he is joining Juwan Howard‘s coaching staff at the University of Michigan.

Martelli, who has been coaching at St. Joseph’s since 1995, compiled a 444-328 record in 24 seasons.
His best season as a head coach came during the 2003-2004 season when he led St. Joseph’s to a 30-2 record and was named the NCAA Coach of the Year.
