According to the Detroit Tigers, they have called up former MLB All-Star closer Trevor Rosenthal.
The Tigers today have selected RHP Trevor Rosenthal from Triple A Toledo. Rosenthal will wear No. 19.
With the selection of Rosenthal, the Tigers 40-man roster is now at 40.

Before being released, Rosenthal had pitched in 12 games for the Washington Nationals, posting a 22.74 ERA in 6.1 innings of work.
