This coming Saturday, Michigan will attempt to keep their College Football Playoff hopes and dreams alive when they host Penn State at the Big House. The Wolverines control their own destiny in terms of the Big Ten and the thought is that if they can run the table, they should get their shot in the CFP.

The Detroit Lions should be embarrassed after their abysmal performance during Sunday’s 28-14 loss at home to the Seattle Seahawks. After all, the Lions were dominated in all three phases of the game as the Seahawks were clearly the more prepared team and the team that wanted the win the most.
Following the game, Lions defensive lineman Ricky Jean Francois spoke to the media and he was clearly not thrilled as he called out his teammates.
“We didn’t focus on nothing, we couldn’t stop the run, and we let the Seattle offense control the game. We killed ourselves in penalties, we didn’t connect with their plays and we didn’t focus at all. We were just out there playing.”
“I just want everybody to lock back in. Lock in for these next 10 weeks, just lock in. Leave everything else alone outside of this building. I know you love your family, but tell them you will see them in February. Just lock in and do your job.”
“We came out flat with no focus. We just weren’t ready to go again. That team came off that bus ready to go. They were ready to execute everything, they were ready to put their skills on display. We just came out there and weren’t focused at all.”
