According to reports, Matthew Stafford, despite being told to take as much time as he needs, returned to the Detroit Lions‘ training facility on Monday.
With Matthew Stafford’s wife, Kelly, undergoing 12 hours of brain surgery and returning home only last weekend, the Lions told their QB to take as much time off as needed this off-season. Yet Stafford was at the Lions’ training facility first thing Monday morning, ready for work.

Stafford's wife, Kelly, is just returned this past weekend following a successful 12-hour brain surgery.
Hopefully, this means Kelly is doing well and that she will be back to her old self before too long!
