According to Tom Izzo, Nick Ward will be re-joining his Michigan State teammates on the court when they play their first Big Ten Tournament game on Friday.

“I'm 99 percent sure he's going to play, unless there's a setback,” Izzo said on Monday at his press conference.
Before getting injured, Ward had been averaging 15.1 points and 6.7 rebounds per contest.
The Spartans will play the winner of No. 9 Indiana and No. 8 Ohio State in the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals this coming Friday.
Michigan State earned a share of the Big Ten regular season title on Saturday after defeating Michigan for the second time this season.

Northwestern and Illinois split their head to head matchups during the regular season with each team winning on their home court. That being said, Northwestern solidified themselves as the worst team in the conference by dropping 11 of their final 12 games of the season. Illinois is not much better but they will win a close one.
