According to reports, WWE Hall of Famer George “The Animal” Steele has passed away at the age of 79.

Steele, who was born in Detroit, Michigan, had health problems and had recently entered hospice care.
In his 20+ years in wrestling, Steele was best known for tearing the stuffing out of the turnbuckles with his mouth.
