Immediately following the tweet, speculation started to surface regarding the announcement. Some were convinced a third team would be joining the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons in the arena, while others believed the announcement would have to do with certain musical performers, such as Kid Rock, who would be putting on shows at LCA beginning in September of this year.
Well, the wait is over. On Thursday, Olympia Entertainment announced that Michigan native Kid Rock will be the first performer at Little Caesars Arena.
