Not only did the United States get shut out by Canada at the World Championships on Tuesday, but they also lost Dylan Larkin to injury.
Larkin, who plays for the Detroit Red Wings, was forced to leave the game in the first period after getting hit in either the groin or stomach area with a puck.
As you can see in the video below, Larkin is clearly in a great deal of pain after getting drilled by the puck.

Larkin went to the locker room and did not return to the game. It is currently unclear if he will play against Russia in the Quarterfinals.
We do know one thing, Larkin is a hockey player so we are sure he will return to action before long.
