The Buffalo Bills are showing their gratitude to the Detroit Lions for opening up Ford Field last week for a Home away from home game against the Cleveland Browns.
Buffalo Bills show their Gratitude
Why it matters: The Bills were forced to move their home game against the Cleveland Browns last Sunday due to a historic snowstorm that swept the northeast. Over 5 feet of snow was dropped on the Buffalo area, and the Detroit Lions opened up Ford Field so the show could go on; Tens of thousands of fans from both teams, and Lions fans, showed up. To show their appreciation, the Buffalo Bills donated $20,000 to the Detroit Lions Foundation and sent the Ford Field workers Tim Hortons.
