According to a report from Shams Charania of The Athletic, Chet Holmgren may have just suffered a major injury.
Charania is reporting that there’s fear Oklahoma City Thunder No. 2 pick Chet Holmgren has suffered ligament damage in his foot and he is undergoing further opinions.
Charania added that exams have revealed that Holmgren has potential torn ligaments in his foot and a timetable is being determined based on future evaluations.

Big man bad foot, sound familiar? Sam Bowie broken leg (was never the same). Played 10 years (511 games out of 820). Greg Oden knee, only played in 105 games over 5 years (missed the 2011/12 and 2012/13 seasons) then retired after the 2013/14 season. So glad the Pistons weren’t in position to take him. Hopefully he’ll be ok, but I think Ivey will be the better player.
